At Latitudes Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a smooth transaction experience. Our refund policy specifically addresses errors such as duplicate transactions:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for service fees or subscription plans once used.

However, a refund is applicable specifically in the case of duplicate transactions.

Duplicate Transactions

If your account has been debited twice for the same service or event registration due to a technical error or network issue, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.

Refunds will be raised within 6 hours of the payment done.

How to Request a Refund

Email

Send your request to support@latitudes.in or admin@latitudes.in.

Required Details

Please include your Transaction ID, date of transaction, amount, and a screenshot or bank statement showing the duplicate debit.

Response Time

The support team will review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM IST).

Processing

Once a duplicate transaction is verified, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
