Request to delete your LetzGo account

⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • Your profile and personal information
  • Private events you created (with no other participants)
  • All chat messages and media
  • Your contacts and connections
📋 Important Conditions

Events that will NOT be deleted:

  • Public events with other participants (your name will be anonymized)
  • Completed or ongoing events (preserved for other participants)

⏸️ Deletion may be delayed if:

  • You have unsettled expenses in Expenz - please clear all pending balances before requesting deletion
🔄 Prefer to delete from the app?

You can delete your account directly from the LetzGo app:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app, please fill out this form and we will process your request within 30 days.

📋 What happens next?

Once you submit this form:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  • Our team will verify your identity
  • Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You'll receive a final confirmation when deletion is complete
